The Attention She Wants

The people that don't know Keelie, don't know that she hits, kicks, and pulls hair for attention. They also don't know that she does it when it's mostly not expected. So when she hits, kicks and pulls hair, the person she does it to doesn't know and can't stop her.
When she hits, kicks and pulls your hair, don't cry, laugh or scream.
Just turn your head and ignore her.
She may laugh and it's hard not cry,
but please turn your head and ignore her.
So if you know her (and even if you don't),
turn your head and ignore her.
Just please do not ignore ME!

A Friend in my class

A new school year is coming up! I start school next week. We just went and got who our class and teacher are. I was afraid that my friend from last year, Abby, would not be in my class. On my way to tumbling we stopped at the school.
I went through the girls. There I was. l went down four more names. There she was. I was so excited! I ran to my mom, turning the corner I almost slipped because I was so excited! "Mom, Abby's in my class!" I thought she would be in some other class!
Now I'm so excited for the school year to start! I need to call her. I tried but she didn't answer. I hope she knows I'm in her class. I know you have a blog so if you read this blog any time soon, Abby, put a comment. Also if you are not Abby and you are reading this you're welcome to post a comment, too.

The Cat

A couple of  nights ago I was thinking about my cat, Cricket. I was thinking about how she sometimes hides from people. Is it because we're so big and she's so small. Is it because we're so loud and she's so quiet. I don't know, so I made my own answer.
Like fireworks going on all day, they're so loud and I'm so quiet.
Like airplanes when they carry me, they're so big and I'm so small
Like helicopters, there're so loud I'm so quiet.
Like giants up in the clouds, so big and I'm so small.
It can be fun making your own answers. You should make your own. You could make a story out answers you don't know about. Try it!

Marker and Car Clean Day

Keelie is my little sister. She has autism. She has long brown hair, and big blue eyes. She is so important
to me. She's been lost 3 or 4 times. But for only a couple of minutes. She's broken a few bones. But we were able to stop the crying.
Today Keelie was down in the basement. She pulled out the markers and drew all over her legs and hands. I wasn't there when she did it, but I got down there to see Keelie's only friend down there with her.
She was putting the lids on the markers and putting them away.
I took Keelie into the bathroom, pulled out some toilet paper, and hand wash. I got her legs wet and started to scrub her legs with my hand.  Her leg and my hand turned different colors. Then I wiped her legs off.
Some of my friends were there when I was cleaning her off. They helped me clean off her hands. After we went outside and helped my dad clean the car. After that we went back downstairs and flopped onto the
couch.

As I See You

As I see you as my angel,
I also see you as my little sister,
Teaching me to fly like you.

I love you,
Please help me understand you,
Help me on my way,
Teach me what it's like to be in your world,
Teach me to fly like you.

As I see you,
You're helping me find the right path,
I love you and I see you love me too.

I love you,
Please help me understand you,
Help me on my way,
Teach me what it's like to be in your world,
Teach me to fly like you.
